Co-founder Dan Pearce, Chairman and Chief Executive
Officer, was most recently Chairman and CEO of Excell
Global Services- International Division, a $250 million call
center servicing company that he co-founded. He has also
held key executive positions at Sprint, including VP-GM of
Diversified Services, and led international marketing and
development efforts for the UK, Canada, and Japan. Mr. Pearce
earned the prestigious Entrepreneur of the Year Award in
1999 for the State of Arizona. |

Co-founder Jim Stover, Chief Operating Officer,
recently served as VP of Global Brand Management for Amway
Corporation, and held marketing positions in such leading consumer
products companies as Procter and Gamble and Armour Dial. Mr.
Stover served on the United States Direct Selling Association
(DSA) Board of Directors and is an Adjunct Professor of Marketing
at Aquinas College. He is a previous winner of the Jaycees
Outstanding Young Man in America Award. |

Co-founder Richard Weed, President, brings
over ten years experience in the recruitment, hiring, training,
and supervision of staff in the travel, industrial, and health
care markets. Holding key executive positions in such employment
companies as Westaff-Michigan and Labor Ready-Detroit, Mr.
Weed has personally helped shape the careers of hundreds of
aspiring professionals. |

Co-founder Dan Barren, Vice President of Sales,
is a seasoned veteran in the recruitment of Registered Nurses
and Allied professionals in locations throughout the United
States. Mr. Barren blends extensive experience in sales, customer
service, and operations to create a unique “high touch” approach
in providing staffing candidates with employment packages tailored
to their career goals, yielding high candidate retention after
placement. |

health care professional of 20 years having worked in nursing,
home health, and pharmacology, in a variety of settings including
